ENLASO collaborates with your company to combine your internal processes with our standardized ISO 9001:2008 certified documentation translation and localization process to deliver the quality results you expect. We place a strong emphasis on an up-front analysis of source content, project scope, and deliverables to ensure the highest standards of quality throughout the process. Our goal is to achieve the optimal level of quality within your required timeframe and cost constraints. Your dedicated project manager will work with you to determine which languages are most appropriate for your target audiences, and will also guide the resource identification process to ensure appropriate specialists are being engaged. We handle all business and legal documents, and will translate your documentation into any language desired.
The most commonly requested file formats include Adobe Framemaker, InDesign, and other Adobe applications, as well as all Microsoft Office products and Quark. ENLASO's desktop publishing experts have years of experience working within these formats to produce brochures, labels, IFUs, CRNs, EULAS, manuals, and other documentation, in multiple languages: they flow translated text back into graphics, capture screens from translated software to insert into manuals, adjust layout and direction of language as needed to fit within customer-defined formats, correct tables of content and indices for proper alphabetization/pagination, and in every way ensure that the final translated product looks as pristine as your source document.
Throughout the project, ENLASO can make recommendations for improving your layout to better suit the translation process. If our customers wish to depart from the traditional documentation formats listed above, ENLASO can work with you to migrate content to applications that may improve cost efficiencies.
Many of these desktop publishing formats also tie into multi-media or eLearning applications.
ENLASO recommends that you always have translated content reviewed by subject matter experts—either by your in-house specialists, or via third party. Check out In-Country Reviews for more information!
